Glass of Wine tonight - Alas, no! I either have allergies or a cold and am not feeling like anything but a hot bath and bed!
I went to a meeting today and the woman who spoke touched and moved me with what she had to say. She really made me think about life and myself. I am not going to go into the details, but I want to ask each of you to do one thing tomorrow. Just once tomorrow, if someone ask you how you are doing or if everything is ok don't put on your society face and give the automatic "everything is great response." If things are not super perfect jump out on that ledge and offer the truth. You might just connect with another human being for a moment and either help them or yourself.
Now, I also want to ask each of you to e-mail be back on WEDNESDAY and tell me if you got a positive or negative response from that one someone you offered the truth about your day to. By the way this does not have to be a stranger it can be a good friend. We all put on a society face even with our friends many times. Good luck!
